One day seminar to pay tribute to the Father of Library Science of Indian librarianship Dr. S. R. Ranganathan organised by students of Dept. of Library and Info. Sc. Gujarat University, Ahmedabad.
The theme of the seminar was Reimagine Dr. Ranganathan’s philosophy in modern era. Senior students have presented 9 papers on different topics related to the theme. Newly admitted students (who joined department on 3/4 August) have also presented their views. It was well organised by students. Evidenced good leadership quality and team work of students.
